Entrepreneur mentoring and coaching

Kristine Pearson

“Building something worthwhile is hard. You don’t have to do it alone.”

About the coaching

I’ve spent more than 25 years as an entrepreneur and social innovator working across Africa.

The mentoring I offer is grounded in that experience. Not theory. Not frameworks. But the practical realities of building something that works, attracting funding, getting your positioning right and telling your story in a way that lands with the people who matter.
With the LESA team, we’ve worked with founders at every stage. From early ideas to ventures finding their footing, to established organisations that need to pause, rethink and reset. No two founders, NGOs or businesses are the same. The process is always tailored.

Who this is for

This works best for founders who are serious about what they are building and want clear, experienced input from someone who understands the pressures.
The real ones. Making month-end payroll when the cash isn’t there. Preparing for an investor pitch where every word counts. Trying to explain what you do and why it matters and not quite landing it. Deciding what to prioritise when everything feels urgent. Carrying the weight, feeling as if you’re on your own.
You might be

  • Building a venture and need clarity on your next step
  • Struggling to explain your business in a way that resonates
  • Preparing for funding and unsure how to position your story
  • Working on a pitch deck or proposal that isn’t landing
  • At a point where you need to step back, refocus and move forward with intent
  • Seeking clarity on strategy, brand positioning or donor/investor readiness
  • Preparing pitch decks, funding proposals or financial narratives and want experienced input
  • Facing an inflection point that requires clearer communication, sharper focus or a reset
