About the coaching
Kristine Pearson brings her more than 25 years of experience as an entrepreneur and social innovator in Africa, offering support grounded in lived experience. She and the LESA team have mentored founders across Africa and beyond, helping them navigate the practical realities of building organisations, attracting funding, strengthening their brands and telling their stories with clarity and confidence. This is not theoretical coaching.

LESA supports founders and entrepreneurs at various stages of their journey, from early-stage ventures to more established enterprises (for and non-profit) that need to pause, rethink and rebrand.
